I am very disappointed following my manicure and pedicure appointment. The manicure nail polish got layered after me sitting under the drying lamp, but I had no time to re-do it. The therapist attitude when she saw it was really poor as she didn’t offer an alternative. The therapist used the hard nail file to remove the nail gloss. Not the buffer or shiner file, but the usual nail file. My nails are now badly damaged. Really disappointing
Manicure
Megan was absolutely fantastic, probably the best was I've ever had. Attention to detail and really knows how to ensure that the waxing isn't too painful. Thanks Megan, you were a star!
Hollywood Waxing
Unfortunately very disappointed. It was very painful when the girl was taking off gel pedicure. It was clear she was rushing and didn't care. My friend didn't enjoy pedicure and manicure too. Everything was done like not cared. Probably we just chose the girls to do the job who just don't like their work. They looked bored and unnatentive. We had to pay £130 and left very disappointed.
