Debbie did a great job on my hair and I love my haircut! She was very friendly and professional-which is very rare in this salon these days since new owners took over!

Mani/ pedi was fine. The customer service since new management took over has been absolutely horrendous and it’s going down rapidly! On a previous occasion when I have visited I don’t even get acknowledged when I walk in the door or even a simple hello!!! Atica (the new owner) was too busy looking at her phone!
I rang this week regarding an issue and I spoke to Mehak she was extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills I’m still waiting on a call back!!

Sam was absolutely brilliant! She checked in with me about pressure a couple of times and really made me feel comfortable. She started off the with Indian Head Massage, then did my feet last. It was so relaxing I very nearly fell asleep!
