I try not to leave negative reviews but I am so disappointed and in shock with this salon that I used for the first time for a Brazilian and under arm wax, I not only waited for half an hour after my appointment time, I was burned, so much hair was missed but lastly I came up in a rash of which is still visible some 3 weeks later, I telephoned and spoke to the manager who refused to take any responsibility at all, if I did not have a rash before I came in and have afterwards how can it be me
