Debbie was very considerate and caring, unfortunately i received very bad treatment from ELLIS, i am a returning customer and i was little late due to traffic, she was very rude and came across very arrogant, she said she is unable to provide the hair cut as she was fully booked but for the entire duration she was just sitting there on her phone! Debbie was very polite and provided my treatment.
