Olivia was attentive and had some good recommendations. She was very friendly and talkative and the time passed quicker. I did like the conditioning treatment, but I felt I needed a hot towel to seal in the treatment (she is the professional, so I guess she knows best). She was skilled and cut my hair beautifully and did a lovely blow dry to finish. I love it. Thank you Bloom & Blossom and Olivia 😊

Sophie made my hair look great again from the disaster I had previously. I love my ash balayage. She was friendly, helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. I loved the blowdry she gave me as well. Will come back to her everytime!
