Publicly humiliated by being lectured on the fact she thought I had eczema and how to wash and dry my feet. Not once but over and over again. Won’t be going back. There is a way to speak to customers and help them. Not talk loud enough for the whole salon to hear and talk to me like a child. Felt humiliated and upset.

I had facial with Sam - very nice and relaxing . She was professional and explained everything well and did not rush. She stayed behind to finish the treatment even after the closing time . I will definitely go back .
