Very disappointed. Turned up to salon to be advised ‘we’ve been trying to call you all morning to advise the booking had been cancelled’. I’d not received one missed call that morning so felt I’d been lied to. I also received a text mid morning to ‘helpfully remind’ me of my booking. Apparently two members of staff hadn’t turned up that day. Needless to say my appointment did not go ahead and no notification was given. Won’t be using again.
