I booked a Shellac manicure and I got a gel. I asked, when the lady started to apply the lacquer, if that was the treatment I paid for and got told it was the Russian version of Shellac. But it wasn't. I believe the ladies there don't even know what Shellac is so I wonder why not listing the treatment like gel manicure from the beginning. I wouldn't have booked here if I had known it was gel. I booked here only because my usual salon was busy and I needed to renew my nails, I'll never do it again.

I’m really pleased with with my hair - lovely staff, fab head massage and amazing value. The salon is just off Wanstead night street - close to the tube and also parking on site. I’ll be re-booking.

Maria cut my hair and she was great. She styled my hair the way I wanted (unlike other hairdressers who end up telling me how it should be). She kept telling me what she was doing as she was going along so that I knew what my hair might look like. Nice to see she was able to handle my long, straight hair too to make it look different to my usual boring hair (most places get it wrong). I would definitely return to this salon.

I booked on Treatwell two days in advance. I got a text on the day asking me to move the time of my appointment. I couldn’t and they accommodated my original booking time. The lady- Elena however that did my nails appeared miserable. There was no ambience in the salon. It was stale. My callous peel and nails were done well but I won’t be returning as it was just a dead atmosphere and the staff appeared miserable. Shame !
