Very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills at this salon. From the moment I walked in the manager was incredibly rude and made me feel like a nuisance. The salon was running 15-20 mins late but there was no communication to make you aware of how the long the wait was. The manager then argued that I had not paid for polish so they will just be shaping my nails (I had pre paid). She admitted in the end that I had paid for polish but didn’t seem happy to treat me at all.

I arrived for my appointment and was seated straight away. The technician already knew what I was having and checked I still wanted to continue. She suggested a better style of nail to suit the design I wanted- I found this helpful. She was very maticulous and my nails look amazing.
