I booked on treatwell and had a voucher from O2 . Got an 11.25 discount. And prepaid. However Debbie accidentally cancelled my appointment on the computer and treatwell send me a message that I would get a refund for 33.75. So I didn't get my discount. I had to pay the full price in the salon. I wrote to treatwell but I could not find a proper email for them. Not sure if they've received it. I would like to get my discount for 11.25 please.
