I would like to raise a complaint as I am not happy with my Nails treatment received on 11.09.2025. There is no one to contact in regards for a complaint.
I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes, with my appointment time rescheduled 3 times.
Also the nail gel has been applied thick and uneven on a few of my finger nails. In addition there is not top coat shine, this is not the service I received on my previous visits.

Nail techs are so sweet and lovely! Also take their time to carefully do your nails and are very good at nail art. I’ll be going there again!
