It was a great experience as always. The only reason I rated 4 stars is there was an issue with a biab infill on my thumb which Raluca fixed but it made the appointment longer than normal. The thumb also looks slightly lumpy but nothing major! Will be coming back as usual.

I had an appointment with Raluca for shellac manicure for the first time. Very warm and friendly custom. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, seated and treated with care. Raluca is amazing, talented and really professional friendly. I would highly recommend Bloosom Kingsbury.

My nails were great but I was left waiting for 30mins for my appointment. I understand a 5-10min delay to your appointment time, but half an hour is simply unacceptable. Just found the whole experience stressful, especially with the next client after me also having to wait half an hour and her getting frustrated and making remarks.
