Rushed my manicure as they had other customers waiting. Told me my cuticles were really bad, and was very unfriendly. Gel nails were uneven and bumpy, plus left nail residue after filing them rather than buffing them. Really messy job and didn’t feel like they had a warm attitude towards me. My nails after a couple days started chipping and nail bed looked really unhealthy, which has never happened to me.

The place was so nice and clean and covid safe, Chantie was super nice and always made sure i liked how she was doing my nails and i loved the end results!! definitely coming back again.

I can’t explain how grateful I am finding Blossom London. From the customers service to the nails! 5* all round. The girls are so nice! Danielle is so patient with me and I know I can be hard work lol. I used to go to another salon for years where i used to get the ‘gel powder’ . I was so surprised to find out that is actually acrylic!! The girls here at Blossom London educate their clients. This is extremely refreshing!!! I already can’t wait to get my nails done again! Thank you

I think Chantie it's the only one who's doing the job properly even if last time was quit rushing with my nails still nice but overall unfortunately for future i prefer to not go there anymore sad but the welcoming when you enter the salon and when you leave and service is the most important at least saying thank you or bye .

I’ve come to Blossom so many times and they never disappoint! The vibes are always so nice in there, and the ladies are all great. Danielle did an amazing job on my gel manicure and did such a beautiful simple design for me. She was patient when I was indecisive of what I wanted and made helpful recommendations. She has great attention to detail. I would recommend this place 100% and will be back again!
