I had come in for a full set and Monica did them. She was quite aggressive when it came to filling my nails and she also cut way too deep when cutting the cuticles. When I left, I noticed that all of my fingers were bleeding. She also did not do my nails properly as she was in a rush. She didn’t file/drill them down enough and also didn’t get me to wash my hands before painting. I felt pressured into picking a colour that I had to pay extra for and overall I didn’t enjoy my experience.
