Highly recommend their services. I mistakenly booked the wrong service but they were very understanding and rescheduled. I always come to get my nails done here and they do such a great job every time. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable :)

I’ve always loved this place but I had a great experience with Raluca, it was my first time doing my nails with her, she was really sweet and did exactly what I asked her to do.

I would like to raise a complaint as I am not happy with my Nails treatment received on 11.09.2025. There is no one to contact in regards for a complaint.
I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes, with my appointment time rescheduled 3 times.
Also the nail gel has been applied thick and uneven on a few of my finger nails. In addition there is not top coat shine, this is not the service I received on my previous visits.
