priya was really lovely and the atmosphere was really nice. however i wanted a french tip but was later informed that you have to book in advance for it. it would have been helpful if this was stated on the website.

25 mins late to start the appt! No apology or warning, I was just expected to wait and not say anything as if this sort of practice is normal for them. When I did say something I got a quiet,bare minimum of an apology. No consideration for ppl’s time
