I decided to get hair extensions and was wrongly told I needed the most expensive hair. I paid a total of £200 and left the shop after complaining about how terrible they were. I returned the next day after the stylist said I could buy more @ 50% off, I have never ever been treated so rudely in my life and spoke to in a disgusting mannor and shouted at constantly for a 2 hours while she attempted to fix her mistakes. As a young person they took advantage of me not knowing about hair to con me :(
