My 1st time having my eyebrows waxed here, however not my 1st visit. I really enjoyed my treatment. The environment is very clean not cluttered. also it was very warm, relaxing and welcoming. Staff are always warm and welcoming with professionalism. always friendly and always up for a good chat if wanted. Staff will always explain what they are going to do and are more than happy to answer questions or requests. The room is down stairs which I really like as it gets you away from the road.
