Not happy with the lash experience. Had sent images of what I wanted but was not what was achieved. Only one layer of lashes and they didn’t want to add anymore. Rushed appointment. By 3 days later there was hardly any lashes. Disappointed.

when I arrived i have been told that the "children's hair cut" service is NOT including boy hair cut only girl haircut so I didn't receive any service for my son bu i have been charged 8£ tho. the app doesn't give me any option to ask for a refund.
