They were 15mins late in opening the shop, for the owner to show and and say that they do not offer the pedicure service. I’m not sure why but then we proceeded to go back and forth for about half an hour on how to get back a refund. They are very inconsiderate and I regret the moment I pressed the button to schedule this treatment.
