Went in for a simple cut and dry as my hair was looking rather unloved. Walked out with it looking great and feeling wonderful. Efficient and comfortable, I'll definitely be returning.

I booked in a balayage with Leine, but as I had bleached hair, she told me this was not possible, and that she would do a shadow root instead, however it's clear she does not have the expertise to do this. My hair is now a patchy mess with all my greys still completely visible (I was assured they would be covered for 2 months by a colleague of hers) and it looks amateur. I am having it fixed at a better salon. She told me to go to Treatwell for a refund, however they say she refuses. Thanks!

Went here as a last minute one-off and regretted it immediately. Tried to explain what I wanted, kept being told that my style didn’t suit me despite my usual hairdresser producing my desired hairstyle for the last two years perfectly.. was left with leopard like hair and ginger and silver highlights. Not at all pleasant. Hairdresser was nice but not great atmosphere and took 3 hours to do basic half head highlights. Wouldn’t recommend

Runed my hair. I’m a male, she did me a woman haircut. Had to run to another hairdresser to fix the mess she did to me.
