My treatment started over half an hour late. No apology or even acknowledgement that I was waiting. It took neatly two hours when it was just meant to be 1 hour 15 mins.
Leonita was very lovely and thorough with the pedicure but she cut me twice whilst doing my cuticals which has made my toes sore. She is very young and inexperienced. I'm not convinced her utensils were sterilised either I just saw her washing them in a sink! very cheap but not luxury!

Nice salon, Although eyebrow tint was a little darker than expected. Therapists were nice.
