Shan was amazing with my lashes as per usual. She always makes you feel comfortable and can have either the silence or hold a conversation whichever you prefer. Definitely my favourite lash tech!! Highly recommend

The nail tech was friendly but it took 2hrs to do a plain set of nails, the nail tech kept checking her phone which is very unprofessional and my nails are completely wonky and lumpy as the tips weren’t put on straight. I could not ask for a correction as it had already taken so long. I should be given a refund and I would not recommend this salon.
