I had to get the woman to recut my hair three times. The first time she didn’t cut it as I asked, then one side was noticeably longer than the other. Then to top it all off she tried to charge me more than advertised online. Awful experience

This is a great shop! It’s lovely & clean, the staff are really friendly & it’s very reasonably priced. Will deffo have more treatments & it was really easy to book online.

My eyelashes began to fall out and they were not lifted at all! When taking the solution off my eye she was unable to open it as it was glued together
