I arrived for my appointment but was told to come back an hour later. Arrived for the second time and was told to come back again as the hairdresser was still busy. Arrived the 3rd time and still had to wait. I was stilled charged £20 just for my hair to be thinned out.

I went for highlights but when she did them I had big bands of blonde and brown so she had to bleach the whole top of my head. That isn’t what I wanted. I wanted to go gradually blonde for my wedding but was left with very damaged hair and lots broke off making my hair much shorter which was upsetting as I’d worked hard to grow it. The stylist was very kind but wasn’t skilled to work on my hair. She said multiple times that bleaching makes her stressed. This didn’t put me at ease.
