I booked on line and was expecting to pay £35 for a cut & blow dry of my very short hair, but I was told it would be £55. I refused and eventually the "stylist" relented and agreed £35. It wasn't worth half that. She clearly had no idea how to cut hair. I'd be surprised if she'd ever had any formal training. I plan to rebook somewhere else to get it recut as I'm not happy with the result at all. I shall not be returning there again.
