Hairdresser didn't arrive. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. The lady in the shop was on the phone to the hairdresser and we had a 3 way conversation. She said her taxi had been cancelled numerous times. Her customer care was poor . I couldn't wait as I had to be in work myself. Very disappointed
Blow Dry
Very nice experience, very pleased with my hair colour and finish, the lady who did it was very professional, polite and very pretty.
