I don't think this person was a trained nail technician.
No cuticle work or nail bed prep was done. My gel polish was removed by applying something and scraping it off. All the polish bottles were grubby. Too much polish was applied so it all looked very messy, and when I asked for it to be rectified, I was told to wash it off myself(!) or come back the next day (no thanks).There's something up with the lamp - it made my nail beds sting. The polish started chipping and peeling the next day.
