I tried to get in contact several times by texting and calling to no avail the day before and was so looking forward to having a blow dry this morning but it never happened. I’m very disappointed and feel scammed as I prepaid in good faith. I’m sure this would have been a great treatment but I’m amazed and annoyed by the terrible customer service.

Stylist did not show up. After a few phone calls she eventually answered and said she’d let Treatwell know she couldn’t do the booking. I challenged this as she had previously emailed me to confirm my booking so why didn’t she email me to cancel it. She said she’s check her diary and may come out to me but not that morning. My event was at lunchtime so this meant I had to do my own hair. Very unprofessional. Should not be on Treatwell.

Mella was prompt, friendly, and professional. Above all, she was a tremendous stylist! My hair looked fabulous. I will definitely use her services again and highly recommend! (NOTE: Mella is a mobile stylist so cleanliness and ambience do not apply but I was required to respond.)

Mella had great communication beforehand. She arrived on time and did my hair really quickly. Really pleased would recommend and will definitely book again when I have an occasion.
