I was a bit disappointed with my up do. Maybe it was my hair but it took a while and just looked like a simple pony tail that I could do in 10 minutes at home, it didn't look anything like the picture. I took it out when I got back to work but my hair looked quite nice once I took it out of the ponytail so if I went again I would probably just have a blow dry and not an up do.

The salon is very nice and the overall look of the salon is great, however, I didn't find the experience very enjoyable or relaxing. I visited the salon with my sister, and we both had hairdressers that kept switching between us - one minute doing my hair, then next moving onto someone else, then coming back.
My sister asked for the hair pins to be left in which was ok'd by the first hairdresser, then as they swapped, the next hairdresser took them out as she hadn't been made aware of the request so her hair dropped by the time we got home.
The salon has huge potential, but the staff need to go back to basics and own each client from start to finish without rushing round the entire time.

Location could be better in relation to station but overall the blow dry was excellent, professionally done by a very pleasant and personable stylist. I would go back.
