Went in for Gel Removal (10 mins) & Fast Nails (15 mins). She put the removal solution on and then went to tend to a walk-in customer. I was sat waiting for ages which meant the removal took much longer than 10 minutes, more like 25 mins. She then did the "fast nails" which took longer than 15 mins. This was hugely inconvenient, as I booked the "fast nails" option thinking I could get my nails done quickly on my lunch break. It ended up taking 1 hr 15 minutes as opposed to the 25 mins stated!

My experience was lovely and relaxing from start to finish. Upon arrival we were offered a drink and naturally I choose prosecco. My make up was just as I wanted it and I left feeling fab x
