Nanisha was so lovely, makeup was beautiful. Only downfall was the timing of it all, didn't get to finish my hair in the hour but overall fantastic!
It took longer than expected - like 50 mins rather than 35, and they were also running a bit behind which didn’t help. She was very thorough which was appreciated, but equally in no rush. I came over my lunch break and was not back in time. My 1hr lunch break where I was hoping to fit in a 35min pedi was more like 1hr45. I’d rather they just said it takes 45mins at least.
There was also another lady booked in after me I presume at 12:45 (my appointment was 12:10), and at 13:15 I was still getting my first foot painted. They ended up suggesting she come back later after she waited patiently for a bit. Clearly on a Thursday/Friday lunchtime they need more than 2 girls on.
The thing I disliked the most is they prop your leg up under a table, which meant I couldn’t see my foot at all or what she was doing. It may be my particular body shape but I’d be surprised if people could see their feet. She also didn’t ask me to confirm if the shape was okay.
No massage or deep moisturising with this one.
The finished product was good, hope it holds up!
