Lakeiya was great and really friendly however blow dry ltd does not work as an concept. Also due to it being busy my appt was delayed which resulted in my treatment taken longer therefore being escorted out of the store by security. Would want for my money back in all honesty!
There was 1 manicurist there when I arrived who was with a client, she asked me to wait. The other manicurist turned up 10 minutes late but didn't apologise. She also didn't say one word to me throughout the appointment and didn't exactly seem very happy in her work, it was quite an awkward experience to be honest.
My gels are okay but she pulled so much skin off my cuticles they're now quite sore & tender.
Safe to say I won't be rushing back!
