There was 1 manicurist there when I arrived who was with a client, she asked me to wait. The other manicurist turned up 10 minutes late but didn't apologise. She also didn't say one word to me throughout the appointment and didn't exactly seem very happy in her work, it was quite an awkward experience to be honest. My gels are okay but she pulled so much skin off my cuticles they're now quite sore & tender. Safe to say I won't be rushing back!

My first time to this salon and it was a fantastic experience. The staff are a delight and really knowledgeable. It is worth a trip up from London to come back again! Thank you!

Slow for quick blowdry, hair dropped within the hour and had to ask for it to be washed
