My gel started peeling off on the SAME DAY! Not happy. Although the girl who did my nails was very nice.
I booked manicure and pedicure in this place and my experience was very negative. When I arrived the the ladies did not have any instruments and tools for doing their job, so they were searching where everything disappeared. Once they found some tools two of them were sharing them between me and another customer. I could not believe this when I saw them doing that. The shape or my nails was also very bad and not even, there were no colours to choose from either. The whole experience was very intimidating, so I just paid and left them. Once I came back home I got rid of of nail polish and gel polish and tried to fix the shape of my nails. I would never go back there and I would never recommend this place, there is no respect for the customer with the prices being quite high, there is simply no value for money.
Overall blow dry was good, although curls lasted maybe 4 hours. I waited 10 minutes at the desk before someone realised and then a further 5 minutes seated before being shown to a station. 15 mins after appointment start time I had a brief conversation with one stylist (who suggested a shine treatment without letting me know it was an additional £8) and then I got my hair washed by another. I was then handed to another 2 stylists who dried my hair and then one began blow drying and curling. By the time I had finished I had been there for 1 hr 10 minutes from the start of my appointment, when the advertised time was 30 mins and there was only 1 other client in at the time. When I went to finish, the system did not show that I had booked and paid via Treatwell so I had to find the booking confirmation that showed I’d paid online and was left to pay for the additional treatment cost. I wouldn’t return since the amount of time it took (when there were several stylists available) and the results were worth it as the curls dropped out so quickly. It also doesn’t make sense to hand me off to 4 different stylists in one treatment - although all were lovely. The curls should have been set longer but by this point I had waited so long I couldn’t anymore!
