Staff was friendly, but not overly chatty, which I appreciated. All the tools were sanitised in front of me, which adds trust to the service. I’m most likely to return, though, only when I need my nails done for a special occasion, as it’s not the cheapest salon. Location is excellent btw!
Loved the high end makeup look, surprised by how easy it was to pop in and have party makeup done
I thought the service I received was superb. Shareena was warm and friendly and the area where I had my nails done was very clean and tidy. I love my nails but the nail colour I chose from what was available looked different on (looked more red than pink) maybe the lighting has an effect? Might be a good idea for customer to see a bit of colour painted on first so you know it’s definitely what you want. Bit disappointed that on day 2 part of varnish on my little toes has chipped! The only criticism is that I wish they would also do a bit of nail art...nothing too over the top but just a bit of glitter/metallic on the tips or on one nail would be great...for me.
