Arranged to hair brow lamination
My initial appointment was at 12:40 but arrived early and asked nur if I could be seen earlier. She agreed to 12:15, I arrived promptly but noticed she was still doing a treatment for another client. I waited 20 mins and when it was my turn she explained that she was having to do other clients due to sickness. Nur gave me exactly what I wanted, she worked very tidily and paid a lot of attention to detail.
I have thick, long hair and I know it can be a nightmare! However, Shareena was excellent. She took time to dry it beautifully and made sure each section was totally dry before moving on to the next. This made sure that the blow dry style really lasted well, and shows a real attention to detail.. and the effort to do a really good job. THANK YOU!
Lovely place, really nice atmosphere and fab staff that really take their time to make it a nice experience.
Poor manicure, chipped off within 24 hours despite not using hands much.
Only one coat of varnish applied.
Horrible antiseptic spray put over hands.
Would not recommend
