Lakeiya was fabulous and my pedicure was great. However, terrible customer service from management - I accidentally booked the wrong treatment on treatwell. I rang to update the booking (my new treatment takes less time) and agreed to pay the extra. On getting to the Salon the Manager said I couldn’t have the off peak discount (like my original treatwell booking) meaning I had to pay a lot more than I expected. How was my appointment at the same time no longer ‘off peak’! Very disappointed and wouldn’t go back - customer service is key and all I’ve heard is negative things about the management of this place - such a shame when the staff are good at their jobs!
I had booked makeup and blow dry with Noor, but when I came, it was trainee, also they charged me extra because my hair long? Ok, they tried do waves for my hair and at first it looked beautiful, however in 10 mins, I looked at the mirror - no sign of waves at all! At that point I wasn’t happy at all but had no time to come back to them and ask to fix.To be honest, I could do that myself and save £40! Make up was ok, but no contouring! I wouldn’t come back, because I expected professional work.
