The staff there was nice but they need more staff to attend to things. The manicure was good but the gel varnish was a bit untidy

The member of staff was lovely. It was my first time and they made me feel welcome. I told them that it was the first time I was getting my nails done to see how they would treat me. I saw some people had a drink I didn't even got offered one, not sure if that was part of the prestation they were getting. Plus my manicure wasn't that professionally done, the side of my nails were not fulfilled, when I asked, she said it's normal... I bet in 3 days it will go..
They charged extra £11 for my hair, saying that is long. One lady started and another one finished my hair blow.
In general was okay.
Place looks nice, staff is also lovely- however my nails look horrible, the gel was not applied properly. I would have done a better job myself, total waste of £30.
Great hospitality. Greeted with a warm smile and offer of a drink (to which I took a prosecco). I was quickly seen too, Shareena had awesome attention to detail, good conversation and knew what she was doing.
I loved my final look and got compliments all evening at the wedding I went too. (even from the bride herself) which was lovely.
