I booked this treatment as a birthday treat for my friend and it was the worst. The therapist was really nice but she had never done a pedicure before and the manicure was rushed. Why would management put a therapist with no experience onto a booking like this? It was disgusting. And on top of that we were rushed out of the building because the store had closed. It ruined the lovely day my friend and I had.
Appointment didn’t happen. Received a call a few hours before to say that the person who performs the booked treatment doesn’t work at that time and Treatwell shouldn’t have allowed for a booking to be made. Happened to a few people that day apparently. As I had pre-paid, I am expecting a full refund and will be contacting Treatwell directly to make sure this happens.
When I arrived at 1PM I was told that my appointment was not on their system as there was no one to transfer it from Treatwell to Blow daily bookings, there was only one lady there, so she called the make-up artist that I booked with to come to the salon asap.
She arrived around 40 minutes later, luckily I had time so didn`t mind waiting.
Elysia seemed very nice, however, she was called into work early and I felt a bit like I interrupted her day. She did a good job, not sure I book again though
