I've been a frequent visitor at Blow for some years and have noticed the quality in service slowly declining in recent months. This visit was the worst to date. The stylist who did my hair was polite and thorough, but 30mins later after the appointment, the curls had all completely dropped out leaving my hair flat and straight - I could have done a better job myself at home! Also, I waited for 10mins for my appointment to start, even though I was on time and the salon was quiet, the staff seemed more concerned with chatting with each other that seeing to their clients. However, the real sore point was when one other stylist helped to brush my hair after I'd had it washed, and made quite a loud rude comment about how if this was her hair she'd have 'cut it all off by now'. Not the confidence boost you expect from visiting a styling venue before a special night out. Sorry Blow Ltd - I won't be coming back, and I'll be encouraging others not to bother either.
