Normally I am more than happy with my blow-dry, however on this occasion is was really not great and lasted about 24 hours. I'm not sure if my stylist was having a bad day, but she seemed bored and/or inconvenienced by the process. Further to this, when I arrived, despite having a confirmation from Treatwell for the appointment, I was not in the booking system at the salon.
I had an absolutely terrible experience. When I made my booking through Treatwell it was saying that I was going to have my blow dry by Yvette. She was rude, acted as if she didn't care at all about what I wanted and as if she was annoyed that I had even showed up. I then had two girls trying to blow dry my hair, one of which seemed like a trainee. I specifically booked the bespoke hair dry as instructed to do so if I had long hair which was the case. So I have no idea why a trainee had to be part of my blow dry. Apart from the fact that my scalp was burning because of inappropriate angle used with the hairdryer, at some point my hair got stuck at the back of the hairdryer at which point I screamed in pain and then stood up and left the store. I am not after any compensation whatsover and that's why I am leaving an anonymous review. I just want to warn people and to book at this salon not if they want a fast beauty as they advertise, but a fast disaster.
The blow dry was okay but didn't last very long. No shampoo included - which is a shame for the price you pay!
