There were 2 people doing my hair, one in training but I was never asked if it was OK for her to do my hair as well. Blowdry was OK, not worth the money paid so won't be going again.
extremely quick, very professional. the only slight downside was the price. i could have got this same treatment for at least £10 less in other London salons and although Blow was great i didn't experience anything that justified that price.
Was very fast paced to the point where I didn't feel relaxed but it is advertised as a speedy service and you do get your hair and nails done with a fast turnaround. I think more care needs to be taken to clients with the seating arrangement . I consistently inhaled strong hairspray fumes from stylists spraying clients hair who sat next to me and opposite and more care needs to be taken with this as not good especially for pregnant ladies and was quite disrespectful and careless I thought
