I was really early and the staff got to me as soon as they could so I was seen before my appointment time which I really appreciated. They were friendly and kept offering me drinks whilst I waited so I didn't feel like a pain upon my early arrival!
The girl who did my nails was really nice and when I left they looked lovely.
But the next day the colour had changed - going from a pale grey to a pale green?! And they only lasted a day and a half before chipping. I would go back here but I wouldn't have this treatment again because it's a very basic mani, no hand massage or anything and it's quite expensive considering it didn't even last me two whole days!!
Kara was a great manicurist - precise and super-efficient. My nails looked great. Unfortunately the 'one-week manicure' didn't live up to its name, but I suspect that's because my nails are dry and prone to peeling, but they certainly looked good for three days.
Sadly ended up re-doing my blow dry on my own. After the bd at the blow I ended up looking like a poodle. Not all hair is the same and therefore should not be treated the same. My hair is very fine and their technique for "volume" left me with tight curls up my chin. The lady who was doing it for me wasn't very communicative. Waste of time and money.
