Staff were not very friendly or helpful but are competent. I say this because I initially rang up and ask if they had any appointments for that evening and the person on the phone said no, yet I found two available slots on Treatwell so I booked one. When I showed up it felt like the lady didn’t really want to be there and basically didn’t speak the whole appointment, but she did a good job of my make-up so I can’t really complain. It just would have been nicer to have a less frosty experience.
