I had such a weird experience - was running a couple minutes late to the appointment and got a nice call from the salon asking if I was still coming. The woman on the phone was lovely and once I confirmed she said great, see you soon. Then, I walked into the salon and apologized for being late and the woman at reception gave me shit, said I may not be able to go ahead with the blowout (even though I had paid already?) and then when I told her I just confirmed on the phone she said that she was the only one on reception and didn't call me (???). Very weird and a bit rude. The woman who did my hair was lovely. The blowout itself was OK - the type of blowout that wouldn't hold up for one second though in humidity which of course doesn't help in London.
