The blow dry was excellent, however I was sent a text and an email an hour and a half before my appointment saying it had been cancelled when it had not. I have complained to Treatwell and Blow but no-one has been prepared to take responsibility for this. It made what should have been a pleasant experience a rather stressful one.
I had the luxe blow dry and it was really nice and bouncy, it also lasted the next day too!
One of the best blow drys I have had in ages, lasted for two days which never happens. Highly recommend!!
Quite disappointed, asked for lots of volume and body. Had my hair rough blowdried flat (not even with a round brush) and then curled. Stylist asked me if I wanted any product, which normally is a must if you want volume. Left with flat curls and fixed it when I got home.
