I had an express blow dry luxe and 5 mins after I left the salon, it fell out.

This was a limp blow dry by someone who didn't seem trained to cope with my long, extremely thick and curly hair. I was so unhappy with the end result I left with my hair tucked under my coat, thinking about having it reblow dried elsewhere as I left the salon.

Overall it seemed like a nice place.
But I was asked to come 10 minutes early by customer service, the receptionist didn't know about it. Asked to wait until the time I had book, then I wasn't seen until 15 mins after that. Girl didn't know what I was there for, and proceeded to do a rushed manicure, which chipped within 2 days. For a "weekly" manicure. Pretty bad.
She was also unapologetic that she was late.
