Had a last minute blow dry and I'm happy with the result. It's all very a la cart and a bit expensive for the overall experience but it works well for a quick and good service. i had the luxe blow and it came out lovely and shiny however the locks disappeared very soon after. Satisfied with the result overall.
Incredibly cold upon arrival. Felt completely Unacknowledged and nobody came over to explain why my appointment was more than 10 minutes late. Was put in a random chair for nails when I wasn’t getting a manicure, and ignored. When I enquired, the tall brunette girl was incredibly rude. Overall, the MUA with the long brown hair was absolutely lovely to me and cheered me up a bit, but honestly not a good experience at all. Whole place seems extremely unfriendly, rushed, clinical, understaffed and crowded. For the price it was a disaster.
Spotless manicure and pedicure, the specialist did a great job. It was a bit painful at times (but I do have hard cuticles), but overall experience was very enjoyable. Will be back.
