I was really disappointed with my gel nails. I have my gels done regularly however, this was the first time with blow. The lady raced through my appointment in about 20 minutes and didnt really say a word to me. My nails had begun to chip after less than a week.

I've never met a hairdresser this rude. I genuinely wondered if he was angry with me. It went beyond having patience when someone may be having a bad day, sheer rudeness and arrogance. It's a pity because i used to love this salon. Make sure to book in with one of the girls and never that awful man (I think hes the only guy there).

Neelo greeted me with a “you’re late” - I was 7 minutes late for my appointment due to London tube trouble, not that he cared to even listen to my response. It went downhill from there. He never offered me even a glass of water or a magazine while the lady beside me was enjoying a glass of prosecco. awful and very uncomfortable experience. I won’t be returning.

Not very good manicure. Left the salon and already chipped plus messy. Nice colour and the lady was lovely. No worth the 40 quid. Also felt rushed. Manicurist also arrived 10 minutes late. She was very lovely but I wasn’t very pleased with the experience
