Robita, the cosmetician did a really lovely work on my nails. She was very delicate in technique and understanding of my needs. Really love experience overall

I did a gel manicure which seemed quite rushed. My nails peeled off and chipped the next day. Thereafter in the next few days the polish just came off and only lasted for 4 days. I did my nails for a wedding. I had to then repaint my nails with normal polish. I sent an email to the Covent Garden store regarding my experience and they didn’t have the courtesy to respond or call to resolve the matter. Not only have they demonstrated bad customer service but also bad quality of the work they did

There’s no receptionist so be prepared to wait whilst your therapist has to pause the treatment to serve customers! Other than that a good service, but not a relaxing ‘treat’ if that’s what you’re looking for.
