One of the best blow drys I’ve ever had!
Andrea accommodated my request for altering my appointment time and greeted me warmly.
After a quick consultation we agreed a ‘brilliance boost’ would be the most suitable gloss shot for my hair as it’s my natural colour & in very good condition.
My hair is fine in texture (rather than thick) and because it’s so soft it’s tricky for styles to hold. I explained that curls with straighteners would drop and hairspray may be too heavy. Andrea listening and curled my hair with a round brush, clipping sections into round twists which allowed time for sections to cool and the style to set.
24+ hours after my blow dry my hair is still bouncy, shiny and incredibly soft.
I look and feel fabulous and have received compliments about my hair.

Blow Dry didn’t stay long (even when asking to fix it), make up ok but not done to a professional level
Quite a rough removal of polish, didn’t leave time for it to soften so just scratched the nails.
